Images available in my Portfolio (“Image” or “Images”) are copyrighted by David Bloxberg ("the Photographer"). By downloading a low resolution Image or purchasing a print of an Image, you have acquired a license to use the Image in accordance with the terms and conditions included herein. In acquiring this Image, you agree to use it solely as provided in these terms and conditions and to comply with all terms and conditions below:

The Photographer grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to use the Image for non-commercial and non-editorial purposes. Images shall not be used in any manner to indicate or imply endorsement of any commercial product or service.

For downloaded images, the Photographer does not grant you any license and the Image can only be used for non-commercial and non-editorial purposes. Images shall not be used in any manner to indicate or imply endorsement of any belief, commercial product or service.

You agree that you will not use the name David Bloxberg in any publicity or advertising without the prior written consent of the Photographer.

By purchasing an Image, you acknowledge you are not acquiring any ownership rights in the Image, and that the Photographer retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Image not expressly granted under these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, all copyrights. Images shall not be altered, reproduced or otherwise distributed without the prior written consent of the Photographer.

You agree to give appropriate credit to David Bloxberg as a condition of your use of the Image as permitted herein. Always provide a photo credit to "©David Bloxberg" and link back to finestree.art when when reproducing any Image from this site.

All photographs purchased or downloaded from this website are protected by copyright. No alterations, modifications, or edits of any kind are permitted without explicit written permission from the photographer. Unauthorized alterations violate these terms and may result in legal action.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to any conflict of laws principles or provisions.
By purchasing or downloading the Image from my Portfolio, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms. Low resolution Images will be immediately available for download and prints of Images will be processed and delivered by mail.
All Image purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable; payment is required to be made in full in advance for purchase.
